STORE POLICY

We hope you are pleased with your purchase from TROVE.

However, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to exchange an item or issue a store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date.  Please note the following terms and conditions:

•TROVE does not give refunds.

•The original receipt must be presented. 

•Merchandise must be in its original condition, i.e. unworn, with no evidence of smoke, perfume or pets. All price tags must be attached and footwear must be in the original box. 

•All earrings and sale merchandise are final sale.

CREDIT & LAYAWAY POLICY

TROVE is happy to offer store credits and to hold merchandise on layaway.  However, please note the following terms and conditions:

CREDIT:

•Store credits may be issued within 7 days of the original purchase date. 

•Store credits are valid for 6 months from the original purchase date. 

LAYAWAY:

•Regular priced merchandise may be held on layaway for 14 days. 

•A minimum deposit of 50% of the original price before tax must be made. 

•Layaway deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternate purchase within 14 days of the original deposit.

•Holiday gifts may be exchanged for another item or store credit until January 11, 2009.

•All ornaments, earrings and sale merchandise are final sale.
