However, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to exchange an item or issue a store credit within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please note the following terms and conditions:
•TROVE does not give refunds.
•The original receipt must be presented.
•Merchandise must be in its original condition, i.e. unworn, with no evidence of smoke, perfume or pets. All price tags must be attached and footwear must be in the original box.
•All earrings and sale merchandise are final sale.
