ONLINE POLICY: Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday within 48 hours of purchase, excluding national holidays. Free shipping within Canada via Canada Post, which includes a tracking number. We guarantee delivery within 14 business days after leaving the store, and are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

You may return your merchandise for exchange or store credit within 21 days from the date of receipt. Sale items and earrings are final sale. Store credit never expires and can be redeemed both online, and in-store. If wanting to use credit for online purchase, contact us beforehand. If our product is defective in any way, please contact us directly before returning merchandise. We are not responsible for the shipping costs of any returns.

IN-STORE POLICY: We hope you love your purchase from Trove! However, if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase, providing the following terms and conditions are met:

Merchandise must be in its original condition, i.e. unworn, with no evidence of smoke, perfume or pets. All price tags must be attached and footwear must be unworn and in the original box. All exchanges, purchases made with a credit note, hosiery, earrings and discounted items are final sale.

TROVE does not give refunds or price adjustments. Original or gift receipt must be presented.
